Rodney Dunn | The Agrarian Kitchen | Guest Speaker | 11am Sunday 5th OCT

This year's Fair will showcase a fabulous range of specialty stallholders, speakers and demonstrations. We are thrilled to announce that our keynote speaker this year will be Rodney Dunn from The Agrarian Kitchen at New Norfolk in Tasmania, Gourmet Traveller Restaurant of the Year 2024.

At the heart of the Agrarian Kitchen is the kitchen garden, which informs every aspect of the menu and drives creativity in the business. Rodney will speak about the principles of the Agrarian Kitchen philosophy and the ease of transferring these principles to home gardeners and cooks.
